DR. JOSEPH KITHITU

Dr. Joseph Kithitu joined Hemingways Travel in 2009 as Finance Manager and rose to Group Finance Director in 2011. In 2022 he was appointed as Managing Director of Hemingways Travel. He is a holder of a PhD Finance from JKUAT University, Master's Degree in Finance from Nairobi University, Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from USIU, Diploma in Business Administration from Kenya Institute of Management, Certified Public Accountant (CPAK) and Certified Public Company Secretary (CPSK). He spent the early part of his career with MGI Group Adam & Associates as an Auditor for 8 years and then spent 6 years as Group Financial controller in Sovereign Group Ltd and DL Group Limited. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), Kenya Institute of Management as well as a member of the Certified Public Secretaries (CPSK).
