RICHARD (DICKY) EVANS

Richard holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Kings College, London, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Civil Engineers and a Fellow of the Institute of Water Engineers and Sci­entists, UK. Between 1983 and 2008, Richard was the Founder, Chairman, CEO and majority shareholder of Flamingo Holdings which he grew into East Africa’s leading horticulture exporter. In 2009, Richard invested in Hemingways Travel (then known as Express Travel Group),  which he brought into the Hemingways group in 2011. He remains in the position of Group Chairman.
